Messermeister - oliva luxury 25 cm sharpening steel

With this Oliva Luxe 25 cm honey steel from the Messermeister brand, keep your knives in top condition by maintaining a razor-sharp edge with extreme fineness. This German-made version is made of stainless steel attached to an Italian-style olive wood handle. The extremely fine grit works great to restore, smooth and realign the edge of the blade to maintain lasting sharpness. We do not recommend using this steel on serrated or scalloped blades.

The German 1.4116 stainless steel carbon alloy blade resists staining and corrosion, exhibits toughness and durability, maintains its edge retention, and is easily resharpened to a razor-like edge.
