Use & maintenance

• Low to medium heat: This is the most important thing. Thermolon conducts heat very efficiently, so high temperatures are not necessary. High heat can damage the coating and lead to sticking.

• Preferably use silicone, wooden, or nylon spatulas, otherwise, you will damage the non-stick coating in the pan.
