Usage and recommendations

• For liquid or soft ingredients : hold the Bamix slightly at an angle in the pan or bowl and only switch on when the multi-blade is in the substance.
• For hard ingredients: cut into cubes of approx. 2 cm, use a high, narrow bowl and let the switched on blade do its work calmly without pushing.
• Ideal for raw vegetables: pre-cut coarsely and then mash finely with the multi-blade until the desired structure is achieved.
• Please note: only the Bamix meat knife is sharp – the multi-knife is safe to use and can be used in boiling liquids without any problems.
